There are no hidden handling fees, logistics surcharges, or membership thresholds required to access free delivery.

2. Order Timeline Matrix (Handling & Transit)

Our operational pipeline is clearly defined below to establish precise, unambiguous delivery expectations for both consumers and regulatory audit algorithms:

Please note: Order cutoff time is fixed at 05:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time / SGT) each business day. Orders received after this cutoff threshold will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

4. Address Rectification Protocols

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Due to automated fulfillment loops, modifications to the shipping destination can only be executed within 2 hours of order submission. Rinan cannot accept liability for lost shipments resulting from inaccurate postal codes, incomplete unit numbers, or localized address omission errors.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

For cross-border shipments entering Singapore, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other localized import assessments may be applicable based on current Singapore Customs thresholds. Any such regulatory fees levied at the border remain the responsibility of the importer/buyer. Rinan complies fully with legal labeling guidelines to prevent unnecessary customs delays.
